Growing up in the heart of Alaska, Tommi Stugart was surrounded and encouraged by an artistic family. At an early age, she showed a natural talent for hair, makeup and fashion. She would organize impromptu photo shoots after styling hair and doing makeup for friends and family, which solidified her love for the beauty industry.
After finishing cosmetology school in Fairbanks, Stugart completed her apprenticeship at The Hair Em’ in 2005. The following 3 ½ years involved renting out a station at The Hair Em’ and building her own clientele. It wasn't long before she became known for having a natural knack for color formulation. Curious to see what was beyond the borders of Fairbanks, Tommi made the bold decision In October of 2009 to pack up and move to Texas. Settling in Tyler, she worked at Regis Salon at the Broadway Square Mall for over two years before renting a station at Style Salon and Day Spa. Wanting to be closer to the fashion center of Texas, she eventually made her way to Dallas, working at Life Spa in Lifetime Fitness in September of 2012. Stugart worked in both cities commuting back and forth each week, a beauty “Road Warrior”. In Texas she was known for her diverse clientele and skill with color and haircuts. Still not satisfied with the professional opportunities available to her, Tommi began applying for positions to style hair and do makeup for models at photo shoots. Getting hired at Creme de la Creme Fashion Agency in April of 2012, Tommi's natural talent was able to shine. She had the opportunity to create original styles that are really unique works of art. Consequently, a desire to be closer to family and excited about the opportunities available, Tommi moved to Los Angeles, California in February of 2014.
Tommi strives to grow as an artist, keeping up with new styles and trends through on-going education in cuts, color and make-up. Her ultimate goal is to become an artist at the top of her field by offering fine-tuned beauty skills to a growing clientele.
